Hi everyone, welcome back. Apple has just released iOS 16 and I am excited to see what new features and capabilities were added. I hope you’re all just as excited as I am. With this introduction out of the way, let’s get into it.
For me personally, I am still rocking the iPhone XS Max for almost 4 years now and have been a big fan of Apple and their products for a long time now. Let’s go into some of the new features that were added.
The big features revolve around the lock screen and the focus mode. For the lock screen, features include shuffling photos for your screen, stylizing the data and time, and the design of notifications have also changed. Widgets are also being added to the lock screen which is customizable and includes things like weather, calendar events, and alarms.
Other new features that were added revolve around the Camera, Contacts, Dictionary, and Facetime.
A large number of features are also planned for the upcoming releases. Big features will revolve around iCloud, iMessages, Safari, Mail, Siri, Passkeys, Live Text, Maps, Dictation, Apple Pay, Health, Fitness, and the Home Screen with much more to come.
